Debuting in 1973 and retiring in 1986, this beloved ODU “racetrack” mark reminds fans more of the basketball court than an actual racetrack. ODU women’s basketball was an absolute force right around this logo’s heyday, with the team winning back-to-back AIAW tournaments in 1979 and 1980 and an NCAA tournament championship in 1985.
