1977 Wisconsin Hockey National Champs Tee
$38.00
The 1977 Badgers went 37-7-1, made a clean sweep of the Big Ten, the WCHA and the NCAA championships. Badgers legend Steve Alley said what many believe: “I really think we were the greatest college hockey team in history. We had the best power play of all-time.” Alley scored the game-winning goal 23 seconds into OT, defeating Michigan 6-5 in Detroit and cementing their place in Wisconsin hockey history. The famous photo of Alley’s celebration inspired the illustration of this Bucky used on Wisconsin tickets the following season.
