Products and pricing
We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order and will notify you if an error affects your order.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example due to stock limits, suspected fraud or pricing mistakes) and will refund any payment taken.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout via the methods offered. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Shipping and risk
Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide or collection by the carrier, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or other rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United States (US), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction except where consumer law grants you non-waivable rights in your country of residence.
